Our property of the week is of the waterfront variety, but you'll have to go down 28 floors and wander through Portsmouth before you're at the water's edge.
There are views though. Fabulous views.
Spread across the 27th and 28th floors of apartment building No.1 Gunwharf Quays, this penthouse apartment comes equipped with three bedrooms and just under 4,600 sq ft of luxury living space.
This Portsmouth pad is currently available on Rightmove, but it's not clear how much it would set you back. It's currently listed as POA (price on application). Or in other words, if you have to ask, then you probably can't afford it.
The bedrooms are nice and bright (you'd kind of expect that 28 floors up) and are on the upper floor, above the living and entertaining areas.
Part of the charm of the penthouse is how it uses natural light, with the rooms designed for entertaining positioned on different sides to take advantage of the sunrise and sunset:
There are four private terraces, providing an opportunity to really enjoy the impressive views out across the Solent to the Isle of Wight.
Portsmouth is big on shipping (obviously) and a boat enthusiast would probably have a rather lovely time up on the 28th floor watching the huge ships going in and out.
This flat really is made for entertaining and you'd be able to cook up an absolute storm in the Boffi designer kitchen:
Portsmouth's iconic Spinnaker Tower is in view as you descend the Grecian marble clad staircase.
The size of the windows and the spiralling downward views as you navigate the stairs suggest this place probably isn't for somebody with a crippling fear of heights so be careful who you invite over:

The penthouse is accessible via a high speed lift with security key access, along with a separate goods lift. There is also a 12 hour concierge service and four secure parking spaces reserved.
We imagine that if you're going to move here then you might just have more than one motor.

If we were to make a top ten properties in Portsmouth list then we reckon this one might just make it.
