Location and value of Apprentice house revealed

This year's Apprentice candidates are living in an extremely luxurious-looking house – and property portal Zoopla.co.uk has discovered exactly where it is.
The first and second episodes of the 2011 series, in which Lord Alan Sugar is hunting for someone with whom to start a new business, aired earlier this week – and we have already been granted a glimpse both of the facade and the interior of the uber-glam candidates' digs.
Though the narrator mentioned that the Apprentice house was in Richmond, its exact location was unknown – until now.
So, let's get down to details: the property is at 59 Christchurch Road, East Sheen, London, SW14. While average property values in the area currently stand at £667,199, with houses on Christchurch Road typically going for around £1.27 million, the estimated value of the Apprentice house is a whopping £4.67 million.

According to the most recent information in Zoopla's archives, the candidates are sharing a seven-bedroom, detached, freehold pad with six bathrooms and three reception rooms. However, it seems likely that one of the reception rooms is also being used for sleeping in so that the entrepreneurs can all share en-suite rooms between two.
The last time the property exchanged hands was in 2004, when the buyer managed to get £85,000 off the house's £1.8 million asking price, snapping up the future Apprentice candidates' home for £1.715 million.
The new owner then demolished the original five-bedroom structure and rebuilt on the plot; thus the current house was born.
