Kylie Minogue: The new neighbour at One Hyde Park

One of London's most desirable addresses, One Hyde Park, has a new neighbour in the form of Kylie Minogue.
The pop star (and former Neighbours actress) has reportedly shelled out around £16 million for an apartment in the capital's most expensive development.
Her new pad could provide a place to rest not only for the pop pixie, but also for her boyfriend, Andres Velencoso.
It comes complete with room service provided by the nearby Mandarin Oriental Hotel, a private cinema and a 21-metre swimming pool.
One Hyde Park was completed in January and aims to be the best address not only in London, but in the world. Construction on the project spanned four and a half years.
The development’s own features are complemented by the surroundings of Hyde Park itself and views over the capital, as well as some of the city’s finest shops – Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Prada to name but a few.
When we Tweeted the news to Kirstie Allsopp, whom AboutProperty has previously reported as being distinctly unimpressed by One Hyde Park, the property TV presenter responded, "Lucky One Hyde Park is what I say, one I saw was £30mil & not up too [sic] much #shallreservejudgement".
