Fashion duo design London warehouse apartment

When viewing properties, a fair amount of imagination is usually required: with show homes you must remember that your own pad will be an empty shell requiring months of personalisation; with other people's houses an ability to visualise the bathroom minus its mouldy avocado suite is a must. However, at this stunning apartment in trendy Camden Lock, what you see is quite literally what you get.
This one-bedroom flat is undoubtedly the most special property in the north London warehouse development. That's because it was designed by identical twin duo Felder Felder, who applied their cutting-edge fashion skills to the interiors with considerable aplomb.
In fact, the 53.5sq m property, which is part of The Henson development, is the result of a multi-faceted collaboration between developer Londonewcastle, architect firm Tate Hindle, interior architect Tara Bernerd for Target Living, and the German twins.
The Henson is the last warehouse development in Camden Lock, so if you have always harboured a dream of investing in the area then you'd better get in quick.

The decor juxtaposes Camden's punk heritage and Primrose Hill's more refined nature, resulting in a deliciously quirky urban flavour. The mixture of exposed brickwork, distressed charcoals and classic Bourdeaux colours results in a dramatic explosion of sensuality and style.

The apartment is on the market for £500,000 - but you get a lot included in that price. There's the Felder Felder-designed couch, upholstered in their catwalk fire print; the studded metal wall (something of a signature look for the brand); unusual lighting feature which uses a Victorian fabric roll complete with leather studding; embellished curtains in the bedroom; gorgeous mirrors; and an entire entrance hall full of David Packard artwork.

Oh, and on top of all that, the owner will be granted access to the building's ten-strong collection of communal bicycles.
Pretty much the coolest apartment in London, don’t you think?
