Grand Designs Live, the show based on the Channel Four TV series, has announced the chefs who will be taking part in this year's kitchen demonstrations and workshops.
Among the celebrity chefs are Michael Caines, John Burton-Race, Giancarlo Caldesi, Jason Atherton, Jun Tanaka, Stuart Gillies, and Atul Kochhar; who will all be appearing at the Miele sponsored kitchen experience at the ExCeL, from April 25th to May 4th.
As well as the Michelin starred celebs, a further 24 chefs from some of London and the Home Counties' top restaurants will be facing the public gallery for 2009.
The chefs will give outdoor demonstrations using alternative cooking materials, such as clay ovens and the Orchard Oven used by Jamie Oliver.
The Grand Food Hall at Grand Designs Live London will feature everything from sushi making kits to designer knives and relishes.
The show will also feature a celebrity restaurant, within the signature Jean-Christophe Novelli restaurant, as well as some of the City's top mixologists running master classes and wine tasting sessions.
