A unique woodland holiday home development has been launched as part of The Cornwall Hotel, Spa & Estate - a new £30 million destination resort located in an idyllic natural setting at Tregorrick, near St. Austell.
The Cornish development is on schedule for completion in late 2009, and is due to open in early 2010.
The first group to be released will be selected from the 22 homes forming phase one of the development. These are already under construction and will be available on a freehold basis from a price of £297,500.
A total of 60 two and three double-bedroom detached woodland homes will be built, each one providing ultra chic, spacious holiday accommodation in a fine Victorian parkland estate.
Potential buyers are presently already able to:
- Purchase the freehold of an architect-designed holiday home, set in one of the UK's most stunning locations.
- Visit two beautifully-equipped and fully furnished show homes - one two-bed and one three-bed.
- View a model of the entire, completed development and hear much more about this exciting new destination from the sales team based at the dedicated on-site sales cottage.
All buyers will benefit from the exciting 'Stay & Let' scheme - designed to appeal equally to those seeking a combined lifestyle/investment purchase and to those in search of a pure investment opportunity.
'Stay & Let' means owners, their friends and family can enjoy their woodland home for six weeks each year - with access to the luxury hotel's two restaurants, spa and leisure facilities. During these holidays, the property will be fully serviced to ensure owners enjoy a totally relaxing stay.
Locally based sales director Sam Weller says: "At a time when other developers are holding back, our construction programme continues at a rapid pace and is on schedule.
"Even before we enter the market, we have completed the initial structures of the first 22 woodland homes. In the next few months, each will be equipped to an exceptionally high standard."
Those interested in buying a property at The Cornwall Hotel Spa and Estate can register for information at The Cornwall.
