New homes in Wales

Much of the new home building in Wales is centred on the principality's capital, Cardiff, and the second city of Swansea. The average price across Wales is around £190,000, according to RightMove.co.uk, but this is likely to rise in urban areas. However, outside of southern areas, the Valleys area of Wales offers some low prices and spectacular views, while there are also significant developments in the north-east.
