My Place in the Sun

My Place in the Sun is a follow-up programme to A Place in the Sun.

Amanda Lamb revisits some of the people who found a home and relocated abroad in A Place in the Sun, to see what effects the change has had on their lives.

Interspersed with footage of their quest to find the perfect home in the sun, Amanda discovers whether they made the right decisions, or regretted any of the houses they previously turned down.

My Place in the Sun looks at how the ex-pats have adapted to life in a foreign country, and sees whether they miss anything about living at home, providing food for thought for viewers who are considering a similar move.
