The Great Garden Challenge
The Great Garden Challenge is a mammoth gardening tournament pitting scores of green-fingered enthusiasts against one another to design a garden that can win garden of the year.

Presented by the Flying Gardener, Chris Beardshaw, who describes the show as "undoubtedly the biggest event in television gardening for over a decade", it sees 64 teams of garden designers compete with one another.

Held in the stunning grounds of Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire, the programme showcases the 100 or so gardens that are designed throughout the series, as well as the historical ones that already exist in the palace's grounds.

The broad scope of The Great Garden Challenge means a myriad of different styles offer up many diverse approaches to designing and building your garden, combined with the sage practical advice offered by the show's experts.

The ultimate winner of the challenge is voted for by the public.
