This week's property TV shows

aboutproperty.co.uk's weekly TV guide for homeowners and property investors from Monday May 5th to Sunday May 11th 2008.

Highlights

No doubt about the biggest property event on television this week: Grand Designs Live. Broadcast at 17:00 and 21:00 on Channel 4 each day, the special shows will take in the very best of modern interior design.

The earlier show, Grand Designs Today, takes in the best bits from the Grand Designs series to tackle those tricky design queries, alongside a healthy dose of interiors, gardening and cookery.

The second show, Grand Designs Live, will feature Kevin McCloud as he takes hosts a week-long celebration of British design innovation and examines the passion we have for our homes.

This major TV event will pay tribute to Britain's most inspired homes with a nationwide competition to find the Grand Designs Home of the Year
