This Channel Five programme seeks to assist homeowners sell their property, offering a range of industry tips and know-how to make homes more attractive to buyers.

Presented by Californian Ann Maurice the show invites potential buyers to tour a property which is up for sale, before recording their – usually negative – reactions and presenting them to the existing owners.

It is then Maurice's job to correct the seller's misdemeanors, chatting with the homeowners to improve the look of their property for around one per cent of the sale price.

Local tradespeople are then employed to carry out the work, with Ann offering expert commentary on what is being carried out as well as its intended purpose.

Ann then tours the revamped house, and new feedback from the original viewers is collected, before a sale is made.
