The Swiss resort of Flims is known for its jaw-dropping mountain views, world-class winter sports and relaxed summer vibe – and we've found a truly special property development that allows investors the opportunity to enjoy all of this first-hand.
Apartments at The Mountain Suites provide 360-degree views of the snow-capped peaks, and at just 90 minutes from Zurich they make the perfect weekend retreat.
The development has been designed to deliver luxury accommodation throughout the year. It sits within the grounds of (and offers access to) the five-star Waldhaus Flims Mountain Resort and Spa, which is one of the oldest pavilion-style hotels in Europe and a member of Leading Hotels of the World.
After arriving and unpacking, winter sports enthusiasts will be keen to walk the five minutes it takes to reach the ski lift and take advantage of the 220 km of pistes – Flims sits within one of the most snow-assured regions in Europe. And if you visit in the summer, there's still plenty to do, with glittering lakes, picturesque cycle trails and epic golf courses all ripe for exploring.

Those seeking a more relaxed holiday, however, can stay on-site and enjoy The Mountain Suites' private steam room, sauna, spa and bar.
Construction of The Mountain Suites is well underway, and developer PURE International recently announced that all the foundation work is now complete.
The spa will be the next component to be put in place, with further work to be carried out on the above-ground elements of the apartments and visitor tours of the construction site arranged through the company's Swiss property team at its London office.

The guide price for a two-bedroom duplex apartment, which offers 123sq m of floor space, is 1,011,000 Swiss francs – just under £700,000, which works out at almost £5,700 per square metre.
