Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy view Malibu home

Kate Hudson and her rock star boyfriend Matt Bellamy are reportedly set to expand their property portfolio with a sun-drenched estate in Malibu.
According to the Daily Mail, the celebrity couple were spotted house-hunting in an exclusive suburb of the affluent, beachfront city in California at the weekend.
The 31-year-old Hollywood actress was seen inspecting the garden of a stunning barn-inspired mansion, surrounded by rolling hills and dense woodland.
Last month, the pregnant Almost Famous star also purchased a £4 million property in north London, which she is expected to share with her Muse frontman beau for at least six months of the year.
Hudson is said to be moving into her luxury English home, which boasts a nursery and games room, as soon as it has been renovated.
The London pad also includes a number of guest bedrooms, which should make it ideal for when Kate's mum Goldie Hawn and stepfather Kurt Russell are in town.
After the deal went through in February, a source told the Daily Mail: "Kate is ready to put down roots in the UK.
"She is in the process of filling out visa forms that will enable her to live in England with Matt for at least six months of the year.
"Kate looks at the UK as a great place to raise a family. She sees herself living and working from London for the long haul," they added.
Now it looks like the actress is planning to spend the other six months in Malibu, along with the couple's first child and Kate's seven-year-old son Ryder.
