Justin Bieber searches for property in Los Angeles

Not many 16 year olds can afford to buy their own home - let alone a $1.7 million apartment in Los Angeles. But Justin Bieber isn't your average 16 year old.
The pint-sized Canadian pop sensation is currently living with his mother and grandparents, but is reportedly ready to spread his wings and fly the nest.
Newspapers and gossip sites have identified a $1.7 million apartment in the Westwood area of Los Angeles, California as being Justin Bieber's preferred bachelor pad, but his representative told Radar Online, "Justin is looking for a house. But nothing has been purchased as of right now."
The 2,400sq ft apartment, which is big, airy and very very white, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Floors are white marble, the kitchen has ebony cabinets, stainless steel appliances and white countertops, and the living room - which boasts views over the city - has a small terrace and grand piano which is, you guessed it, white. Though Bieber won't be able to use it for the next few years, there's also a built-in wet bar with wine fridge.
The luxury high-rise apartment block boasts a party room, spa and indoor heated pool. Given the Californian climate, we're guessing the 'indoor' element is more for privacy than any need for warmth.
You might wonder what a teenager - as Justin Bieber still very much is - could possibly want with a property of such value, but given that his worth has been estimated at $100 million, this condo would be a mere drop in the ocean.
The Real Estalker, one of AboutProperty's favourite blogs, reports that two secure underground parking spaces are included with the property. These will be useful given that Justin Bieber owns a $200,000 matt-black Ferrari and $220,000-plus white Lamborghini Gallardo. The blog's author adds that it seems "utterly absurd and oddly ironic for a waifish child with over-processed hair" to drive such vehicles - see why we love it?
