Land Registry: House prices in Wales in July

House prices in Wales were down 2.5 per cent in July, the largest fall in England and Wales, according to new figures from the Land Registry out today.
Annual house price inflation for the region was 4.4 per cent in July. This is 2.4 percentage points below the England and Wales average of -2 per cent.
The survey finds the average house price in Wales was £133,341.
