FT: House prices rise 0.9% in Wales

House prices in Wales were up by an average of 0.9 per cent since last year, according to the FT House Price Index for April out today.

This is the smallest annual house price growth in England and Wales.

Annual house price inflation in Wales is 4.2 percentage points below the England and Wales average of 5.1 for the same period.
