FT: House prices in Wales down 2.3%

Three-monthly house prices in Wales were down by an average of 2.3 per cent since last year, according to the FT house price index for July out today.

This is the second largest fall in annual house price growth in England and Wales.

Annual house price inflation in Wales is 3.7 percentage points below the England and Wales average of 1.4 per cent for the same period.
