Rightmove: Asking prices in Yorkshire & the Humber in July

Asking prices for properties in Yorkshire & the Humber were down 1.1 per cent from June to July, according to research out today from online estate agent Rightmove.

This is the third smallest fall of all regions of England and Wales.

Annual growth for Yorkshire & the Humber is now -3.7 per cent.

This is 1.7 percentage points above the England and Wales annual average of minus two per cent.

The survey finds the average asking price in Yorkshire & the Humber is now £169,160.
