FT: House prices in Yorkshire & the Humber up 0.5%

Three-monthly house prices in Yorkshire & the Humber were up by an average of 0.5 per cent since last year, according to the FT house price index for July out today.
This is the fourth largest annual house price growth in England and Wales.
Annual house price inflation in Yorkshire & the Humber is 0.9 percentage points below the England and Wales average of 1.4 per cent for the same period.
