FT: House prices rise 1.1% in the West Midlands

House prices in the West Midlands were up by an average of 1.1 per cent since last year, according to the FT House Price Index for April out today.
This is the second smallest annual house price growth in England and Wales.
Annual house price inflation in the West Midlands is four percentage points below the England and Wales average of 5.1 for the same period.
