FT: House prices in the south-west down 0.4%

Three-monthly house prices in the south-west were down by an average of 0.4 per cent since last year, according to the FT house price index for July out today.
This is the smallest fall in annual house price growth in England and Wales.
Annual house price inflation in the south-west is 1.8 percentage points below the England and Wales average of 1.4 per cent for the same period.
