FT: House prices rise 1.5% in the north-west

House prices in the north-west were up by an average of 1.5 per cent since last year, according to the FT House Price Index for April out today.
This is the fourth smallest annual house price growth in England and Wales.
Annual house price inflation in the north-west is 3.6 percentage points below the England and Wales average of 5.1 for the same period.
