Rightmove: Asking prices in Greater London in July

Asking prices for properties in Greater London were up 0.3 per cent from June to July, according to research out today from online estate agent Rightmove.
This is the only increase of all regions of England and Wales.
Annual growth for Greater London is now 1.4 per cent.
This is 3.4 percentage points above the England and Wales annual average of minus two per cent.
The survey finds the average asking price in Greater London is now £400,258.
