FT: House prices rise 1.2% in the East Midlands

House prices in the East Midlands were up by an average of 1.2 per cent since last year, according to the FT House Price Index for April out today.
This is the third smallest annual house price growth in England and Wales.
Annual house price inflation in the East Midlands is 2.9 percentage points below the England and Wales average of 5.1 for the same period.
