Location Location Location's editor will be speaking at the Home Show on Thursday October 12th
As well as its wildly varied range of gadgets, interiors, home improvement ideas and home entertainment, the Autumn Ideal Home Show, which launched today, will be running a series of property seminars.
Hot topics being discussed at the sessions in the Property Lounge, which run from October 7th to 14th, include organising and budgeting for property makeovers, home condition reports, property and the north/south divide and the top ten improvements to make to your home.
The seminars are sponsored by
Location Location Location magazine - the official magazine of the Channel 4 series - and though Phil and Kirstie will not be there in person, the programme's editor will be on hand to talk about regional divides.
Also sponsoring is the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), who will offer advice on extending leases and collective enfranchisement, as well as more general tips on buying, selling and developing property.
Another Channel 4 show making an appearance at the event is
Property Ladder. The programme's editor, Helen Bazuaye, will be participating in a question and answer session.
