Two new luxury developments that include their own driving range and large spa areas have been launched today in Bulgaria.
Located on the coast of the Black Sea close to Varna, Eurosilex's new builds, called Crystal Spa and Eternity, have properties available from as little as £30,000.
"Now more than ever, with Bulgaria's EU accession only three months away, Crystal Spa and Eternity offer an excellent investment opportunity," said Nicolas Galand, of Eurosilex. "The developments are ideal for those looking for great proximity to the sea, PGA golf courses, and the international airport, without being in a traditional, over-built area like Sunny Beach."
The Crystal Spa development is situated on a hill overlooking Albena Bay, close to a protected forest area, and consists of 354 penthouses and apartments across 17 properties.
On-site features include a spa centre with where residents can be treated to aromatherapy, Turkish bath, massages and facial treatments, 17 outdoor pools and one indoor pool, and a golf driving range and putting facility.
Also planned in the development is a restaurant and a concierge service with contacts for local amenities.
The other Eurosilex development is more focused around residents looking for proximity to the beach.
Situated on a cliff overlooking Kavarna Port, the Eternity development is close to the beach and features 13 buildings containing 106 apartments.
On-site will be a bar, restaurant, children's play facility, fitness centre, indoor and outdoor pools.
Both developments are in areas with regulations that limit the vertical height of any new builds.
