Relocation, Relocation sees hard-working property experts Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp helping house-hunters find not only a new home, but a new way of life as well.

The people featuring on the show – usually couples or families – have decided that they want a change of lifestyle and a fresh start, and it is Phil and Kirstie's job to pull out all the stops and find a new home that can make that happen.

Some want to end the days of commuting for hours, others want to move to sunnier or more rural climes, while some just want to start afresh with a new partner.

But as always the list of demands the house-hunters hand to Phil and Kirstie is extensive and taxing. One couple wanted to buy a love-nest in the picturesque Manchester commuter-belt, but also wanted to buy a flat to rent out, all for £190,000.

Others wanted to find a house which was Feng Shui friendly, in leafy Cheshire, to escape from the urban stresses of Croydon.
