Colin and Justin, Trading Up
Colin and Justin, Trading Up

Sunday, 01, Jan 2006 12:08

Inimitable style queens Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan's successful programme shows viewers how to upgrade from their current residence to a bigger, better one.

Each episode sees house hunters charge Colin and Justin with finding them a new, improved home, while maximising their current property's saleability to optimise profit and get that quick sale.

The Scottish designers know all the ins and outs of getting the most out of your home, and reveal that often, it is the simple, little things such as rearranging the furniture that can make the difference.

They also have a budget of £500 to make general improvements to the house, to enhance the house with the buyer's point of view in mind.

With more than 250 episodes made of Trading Up, there's no shortage of opportunities to see Colin and Justin helping people upgrade their house, and pick up some tips on doing the same yourself.
